About the Role

Intel Foundry is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Foundry Business Development & Sales to lead strategic customer engagement and drive long-term growth across high-impact accounts. This is a pivotal leadership role, operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and commercial strategy.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing end-to-end foundry business transformation strategies, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and building an elite team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a critical role in positioning Intel Foundry as the premier partner for advanced semiconductor manufacturing in the AI era.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and transformation strategies for Intel Foundry’s top-tier strategic customers

  • Define and implement commercial and operational models that drive efficiency and business growth

  • Negotiate high-value, complex foundry manufacturing agreements with global customers

  • Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless customer execution

  • Build and lead a high-performance team across business operations, sales, and customer success

  • Oversee demand forecasting, revenue planning, and long-term supply alignment

  • Monitor competitive trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics to guide strategic decision-making

  • Represent customer interests internally and drive continuous improvement across all engagements

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience in foundry business development, semiconductor operations, or sales

  • Proven success in executive-level customer engagement and commercial deal-making

  • Deep understanding of foundry business models and the end-to-end semiconductor value chain

  • Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, ambiguous, and highly matrixed environments

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred (non-technical degrees considered with relevant experience)
